Ingredients:
300 g high protein flour
150 g banana flour
10 g instant yeast
75 g sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
200 ml liquid milk
45 g butter

3 tbsp custard powder Topping: Powdered sugar

How to make:

  1. Add flour, banana flour, yeast, sugar, and eggs, beat until well blended.
  2. Pour in the milk that has been mixed with salt. Then add the butter and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed. ⁣
  3. Let the dough sit for 20 minutes until the dough rises.
  4. Round the dough and then let it sit again until it rises for about 20 minutes.
  5. Cook all the ingredients together until thick.
  6. Fry the donuts until cooked and add the banana inside. ⁣
  7. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
