Ingredients:
300 g high protein flour
150 g banana flour
10 g instant yeast
75 g sugar
1 tsp salt
1 egg
200 ml liquid milk
45 g butter
3 tbsp custard powder Topping: Powdered sugar
How to make:
- Add flour, banana flour, yeast, sugar, and eggs, beat until well blended.
- Pour in the milk that has been mixed with salt. Then add the butter and stir until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Let the dough sit for 20 minutes until the dough rises.
- Round the dough and then let it sit again until it rises for about 20 minutes.
- Cook all the ingredients together until thick.
- Fry the donuts until cooked and add the banana inside.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
